From October 12 to 15, 2026, Zadar will be a meeting place for the coworking community, digital nomads and professionals who are shaping the future of remote work. The sixth edition of the Cross Border Coworking Conference (CBCC) will be held in the Duke's Palace, and applications for participation are open.

 CBCC has been gathering owners and managers of coworking spaces, digital nomads, freelancers, entrepreneurs, startup community, support organizations for six years now. addressing, representatives of the public and tourism sectors, as well as everyone who contributes to the development of innovative business communities and modern work models.

 The program of the Cross Border Coworking Conference and the topics of the future of work
 This year's program brings lectures, panel discussions, workshops and networking activities dedicated to the most current topics in the field of coworking and remote work. The focus will be on the future of remote work, cultural intelligence, the application of artificial intelligence in everyday business, the development of coworking communities, the branding of destinations attractive to digital nomads, as well as the potential of the coliving concept for the development of smaller and rural environments.

 The conference will provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experiences with international experts, present their own ideas and projects, and expand their professional m the establishment of new partnerships and cross-border cooperation.

 Participation in the conference is free, with mandatory registration. Applications are open until September 20, 2026. year, or until the available capacity is filled, therefore the organizers invite all interested parties to secure their place on time.

 The sixth edition of the Cross Border Coworking Conference is organized by the City of Zadar, in cooperation with INTERA Technology Park from Mostar, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Tehnopolis from Nikšić, BIT Center Tuzla and the University of in Zadar, as part of the CODES project, which is co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Program Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro 2021 - 2027.

 The goal of the project is to strengthen innovation capacities and provide support to entrepreneurs in the cross-border area.
